Shipping policy
All products will be shipped within 5 business days from when orders are placed. Applicable Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California.
Domestic orders include all orders within the 50 United States & will ship via your chosen preferred method on check out process unless other arrangements are made.
International orders will ship via your chosen preferred method on check out process. Arth online store cannot bear responsibility for customs or duties charges that some items may incur. Arth online store cannot bear responsibility for loss or theft of international packages after they reach customs in their destination country.

Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact in original condition) within 14 days of delivery for a refund No restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges ( re-shipping charges for exchanged items). However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please understand it is necessary to charge a restock fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 50% restock fee. We sincerely appreciate your timeliness with returns or exchanges.
